Cancellation Policy

To use the Asbestos Management System customers are required to complete our on-line subscription process and accept the EULA (End User Licence Agreement) containing our terms and conditions of use before their credit card details can be processed through our web site. In accepting the EULA and authorising payment to be taken from their credit or debit card an individual customer enters a binding contract with X-RM under which the related Service Fee is non refundable.

Once a customer has entered into the Service Agreement with X-RM for provision of the Asbestos Management System the ASP (Application Service Provision) service will be provided for the agreed service period subject to compliance with the EULA by the customer.

Credit card payments may also be accepted by telephone, fax or email based instructions. In all cases, the customer will be required to accept the EULA containing our terms and conditions of use before they can access the ASP Service and will be presented with a confirmation screen until the on-line subscription process is completed. In these instances the customer will have the right to cancel their order at any time by contacting Customer Services unless they have completed the on-line subscription process and accepted the EULA in which case the related Service Fee is non refundable.
