Streamlined Workflow For Data Entry and Management
Create a survey record when a survey is scheduled so that you can view your planned activity in the Calendar View and coordinate your surveyor team.
After the survey is performed add new asbestos items and lab samples and upload images and attachment files. Once the data entry process is completed
generate PDF survey reports on-the-fly using report templates for each type of survey (i.e. management surveys, refurbishment and demolition surveys,
reinspection surveys and historical Type 1, Type 2 or Type 3 surveys whether material or priority assessments).
View the detailed assessment history for individual asbestos containing materials (ACMs) for a selected client, including re-inspections. For clients
with large property portfolios you can search and filter the data displayed by site, building and date range.

The calendar view includes week, working week, month and year views displaying the real-time status for all scheduled/pending, current, completed and committed surveys. The calendar view enables let's you see exactly when surveys are scheduled and where they are in your internal reporting and quality control processes. |
