FM Server is a fully integrated suite of application modules that enable you
to take a 360 degree view of your facilities and estates management. The FM
Server suite includes: Reactive Maintenance, Planned & Preventative (project-based)
Maintenance, Space Management, Equipment / Asset Register, Asbestos Register,
Condition Survey and Room Booking.
Developed in Microsoft .NET technology, the FM suite is fully web enabled and
delivers a flexible, highly scalable, solution for all sizes of property
portfolio, from a single site to many sites dispersed over a large area, e.g. a
university, local authority, NHS trust or national retail chain.
ASP and Installed Solutions
Deployments can incorporate all modules or selected functionality depending
upon your individual requirements. The FM suite can also be provided as an
installed system or ASP (application service provider) solution, where all
hosting, backup, support and monitoring is provided by X-RM at our dedicated
hosting facility.
